Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Non-returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.

Start a Return

  1. Email info.ferozze@gmail.com with order number + item(s) + reason.

  2. We’ll reply with the RMA and return address.

  3. Pack safely; include your RMA inside the parcel.

Unless the item is defective/incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

  • For fastest service, return for a refund and place a new order in the desired size/color.

Defective / Wrong Item

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll replace or refund promptly.

Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the parcel is returned as undeliverable/refused, we can refund the item price minus shipping after it arrives back.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank/issuer first; processing can take a few days after we issue the refund.
